WHO Qualifies: Are you a full-time Law Enforcement Officer, Fire Fighter, Paramedic, EMT, First Responder or of course, active or retired Military? If so, Highland Tactical has a purchase program set up just for you.
WHAT is the Purchase Program: Because you work in the field, and put your life on the line we want to show our support to you by offering a program that shows our appreciation. We believe that showing our appreciation is better than just saying we appreciate you and that is why we created this for you. We want to help your hard earned money stretch and we hope that this helps. To facilitate this partnership we've developed our purchase program to give you a discounted price on select gear. The discount is exclusive only to those that qualify!
WHY: Maybe the better question is "why not?" All we ask is that by participating in this program you offer us your feedback and input on how we can improve our line. We would also love to have you serve as an advocate or ambassador, but most importantly we would like you to share your thoughts with us as to how we can improve to better serve your needs. Pro Purchase Purchase FAQs
We've developed our Pro Purchase Program to service four distinct sectors LE/Fire/EMS/Military. To qualify for the HIGHLAND TACTICAL Pro Purchase Program please be prepared to provide proof of professional standing within your industry, department/military branch or documents regarding retirement.
This program is for uniformed officers, Detectives, state and Highway Patrol officers, fish and game wardens, transit and railroad officers, Sheriffs and correctional officers.
If you work as a full time ranking position within the fire department then you can qualify. Ranking positions include Firefighter/EMT, Firefighter/Paramedic, Driver Engineer, Lieutenant, Captain, Battallion Chief, Assistant Chief, Fire Chief.
If you are currently employed as an active first responder, EMT, or paramedic providing care for the community with an EMS agency that works in the following capacity: (1) EMS agencies responding to 911-based emergencies with or without transport; (2) EMS agencies that provide scheduled medical transport, often referred to as non-emergent transport; and (3) EMS agencies known as Specialty Care Transport that provide emergent inter-facility transport from one healthcare facility to another.
NOTE: Sorry, but Non-licensed office staff, or other medical services staff that work in hospitals do not qualify.
If you are active military or a retired veteran attach proof of your enlistment or service to the form below.
Upon request, please be prepared to provide any additional proof of professional standing with your department or documents regarding retirement. Proof may include but not limited to:
- Your professional email with a valid agency industry domain.
- A pay stub dated within the last 30 days or a letter that confirms your eligibility.
- Business cards, ID, badges, or other information indicating title or professional status.

We carefully review each request. Please allow up to five business days for us to do our diligence. If you do not meet our Pro purchase criteria, we'll provide an explanation.

Yes, but all orders must have a US billing and physical US shipping address.
HIGHLAND TACTICAL accepts returns for an exchange or refund within 60 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition (return shipping charges are non-refundable). Please send a request to email@example.com, and we can get you set up with a Return Authorization (RA#). Returns or exchanges may not be processed through any of our HIGHLAND TACTICAL retailers.
We offer the same warranty to our Pros as we do all our customers.
At this time your Pro program membership does not expire. Please keep in mind that this may be subject to change and reapplying may be necessary in the future.
