You (Customer/Buyer) may return your eligible merchandise to Highland Tactical for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
Any shipping paid to process the order is non-refundable.
You (Customer/Buyer) are responsible for paying for the cost of shipping your returned item through the returns portal.
In some cases returned orders that require a return label to be provided will have the cost of shipping deducted from the refund total.
Regarding exchanges, whichever shipping cost is greater between the return shipping or the shipping of the new item will be charged prior to processing the exchange request.
All Closeout items are Final Sales and not eligible for a refund.
