Parcel NOT RECEIVED

"I am extremely disappointed with the lack of assistance and human communication I have received from Highland Tactical regarding this order. The parcel was intended for my son and needed to arrive in Las Vegas in time for his grandfather to receive it. I sent multiple emails requesting expedited delivery, explaining the urgency of the situation. Unfortunately, I never received any meaningful response from an actual person — my emails appeared to be handled by an automated/AI system instead. Had someone simply responded and assisted when I first contacted Highland Tactical, much of this situation could potentially have been avoided. I have started sending emails to Highland Tactical the SAME DAY I PLACED THE ORDER - for expedited delivery!!! The parcel eventually arrived too late. It was subsequently returned from Westgate Resort & Casino in Las Vegas (FedEx in the hotel) to the Post Office on 28 July 2026 for return to Highland Tactical. The tracking number is 9334611045000002359814, but I am now unable to locate the parcel through the USPS tracking service. At this point, I believe Highland Tactical should make a genuine effort to assist in tracing this parcel. The original lack of communication and assistance contributed significantly to the position I now find myself in. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my refund, which apparently cannot be processed until the parcel has been returned — yet I cannot determine where the parcel currently is. I am frankly exhausted from having to deal with this situation with virtually no meaningful assistance from Highland Tactical. A customer should not have to spend this amount of time trying to resolve an issue while communicating almost exclusively with automated responses. Highland Tactical, please contact me directly regarding this matter. I specifically request communication from a HUMAN representative via a private email address — not another automated/AI response. I would appreciate someone taking ownership of this matter, assisting with locating the returned parcel, and helping bring this unnecessarily frustrating situation to a conclusion."
